We promote a safe space for musicians and music lovers alike to come as you are.

We have accessible entry, bathrooms, bars, lift access to our mezzanine level and stair lift access on our mezzanine level to/from the bar.

Strobes, lasers, smoke and haze may be in use during a show. We advise checking the ticketing page for more information, bearing in mind not all shows will list what will be in use. 

Where in doubt and to discuss your individual requirements please contact us prior to the show.

Each show will have its own age restrictions, so please always check the ticketing page before purchase. Please ensure you have valid identification on entry, as refunds will not be issued if you are unable to present your ID. As always, there are legal requirements and in-house policies that are designed for your safety.

Light Rail and Bus are your best bet. If you’re driving, the Entertainment Quarter has a 2,000 spot multi-storey car park open from 6.00am to 2.00am, 7 days a week. Please see our Location page for more details on how to get here from wherever you are.

In case of lost items, please use visit our Contact page to submit an enquiry, and our staff will check for your missing belongings.

Yes, our cloak room is to the left hand side inside the main entrance.

Easy. Mary’s EQ is just next door, where you can grab a burger and a beer or fried chicken and a spicy marg. Or if you’re feeling a schnitty, The Unicorn Hotel is a less than a 20 minute stroll away on Oxford Street.

First step is to reach out to Moshtix directly, they look after all our ticketing and are incredible at sorting out a range of issues quickly – if we have a ticketing problem it’s who we ask! If you reach out to us before hitting them up we’ll direct you to them as they are first and foremost the best contact. In instances where the show is less than 24 hours away please contact us and we’ll endeavour to get it sorted for you ASAP.
