Cavalera

Cavalera is a name with its fingerprints all over the history of heavy metal, an inspiring family legacy built upon decades of musical aggression, starting all the way back in 1984 in Brazil with Sepultura. Over the last couple of years, Max and Iggor Cavalera revisited their first three releases, Morbid Visions, Bestial Devastation, and Schizophrenia, re-recording them for Nuclear Blast Records with a new level of intensity that impossibly captures the raw, youthful and trademark sounds of these iconic and pioneering releases. January 2025 will see them bring the songs that laid the groundwork for not just their own legacy, but that of both the death and thrash metal genres, to Australia for a series of live offerings that will add yet another chapter to their non-stop commitment to extreme metal.

Joining them on all dates will be the quickly rising Algor Mortis, who have been spewing forth a nasty amalgamation of brutal death metal and beatdown hardcore from the guts of Melbourne’s underground that culminated in 2023’s Stages of Death, a powerful and guttural offering that saw the band quickly signed to the cult US death metal label Maggot Stomp.

You won’t want to miss this once in a lifetime experience of rejuvenated extreme metal history.

Lancey Foux

Astral People & Handsome Tours Present Lancey Foux’s Debut Australian & New Zealand Tour

Lancey Foux, the enigmatic British rapper, is set to ignite the Southern Hemisphere with his debut tour of Australia and New Zealand this December. Renowned for defying genres, he’s gone against the grain to influence a new generation of UK rap. Lancey has emerged as one of the most exciting and unpredictable artists on the global stage.

With his ever-evolving sound and striking presence, Lancey is not just a force in music but also a rising star in fashion. From the genre-busting soundscapes of FRIEND OR FOUX to his collaboration with Skepta on “WHAT U WANT,” Lancey’s music is a boundary-pushing sonic journey. His immersive artistry has earned the admiration of cultural heavyweights like Playboi Carti & Ye, while brands such as Givenchy and Alexander McQueen have embraced him as a style icon.

Following the release of his eighth full-length project, BACK2DATRAP, Lancey continues to expand his creative horizons. The album, featuring the viral hit “MMM HMM” with Sexyy Red, showcases his signature blend of rapid-fire lyricism and high-voltage instrumentals, reinforcing his reputation as a musical innovator.

With 2024 bringing new horizons for the young rapper, Lancey has kept fans on their toes with a string of singles, including his third release of the year, “Daylight”—an autotune-soaked ballad featuring labelmate and genre-blurring artist Teezo Touchdown, with production from Cash Cobain.

Prepare to be captivated by Lancey’s unparalleled stage presence as he brings his cult following and genre-defying sound to the Southern Hemisphere for the first time.
